How ordering with Chemsol works, step by step

The five steps from samples to production, and what happens at each one.

Written by Nick Lewis
The Chemsol process in five steps: order samples, test your samples, request production pricing, complete the production order request, pay your pro-forma invoice. Next step: Order samples in the customer portal.

Every new white-label product follows the same simple process. It keeps things fair for every customer and means your products are made exactly as you approved them.

  1. Order samples. Create a free portal account and order the products you want to test. Order samples

  2. Test your samples. Try them yourself or with your customers. Samples are typically prepared within 5 to 7 working days, then dispatched by courier.

  3. Request production pricing. When you are happy with the samples, ask us for pricing. Car Care pricing is in the portal and is unlocked with a sector password that our office supplies.

  4. Complete the production order request. Choose your products, quantities, bottles, triggers, fragrances, colours and label route in the portal. Production order request

  5. Pay your pro-forma invoice. We check your request, confirm it in writing and send a pro-forma invoice. Once it is paid, production is scheduled and our design team starts any label artwork.

A production order request is not an accepted order. Nothing is confirmed until we confirm it in writing, and work starts once the invoice is paid.

Your next step: If you have not ordered samples yet, start here: order samples in the customer portal. You will need a free account first: create an account.
