Lead times start once your pro-forma invoice is paid and your label artwork is approved. Typical timings are:

  • Production: 2 to 3 weeks.

  • Label printing: add 1 to 2 weeks.

  • Chemsol label design: if our design team creates your artwork, add a further 1 to 2 weeks for design and proof approval.

These are typical timings, not guaranteed dates. We confirm your schedule in writing after payment. Custom formulations take longer, because development and sample approval come first.

Samples are separate: they are typically prepared within 5 to 7 working days, then dispatched by courier.
