When will my samples arrive?
Samples are typically prepared within 5 to 7 working days, then dispatched by courier with tracking. You will receive an email when your order is confirmed.
What will my samples look like?
Samples carry Chemsol Manufacturing sample labels, not your branding.
They are our standard formulations and standard colours, so you can judge the base product.
Your own labels, and your fragrance and colour choices, are applied at the production stage.
Checking on a sample order
You can see your sample orders in the customer portal. If you need an update, contact us with your order number and we will check it for you.
