Samples are individually priced and paid for in the customer portal. This lets our team focus on customers who are actively testing our products.
Paid sample goods can be credited against your first white-label production order placed within 90 days of your sample order. VAT, carriage, label design and the £150 label setup fee are not included in the credit.
Samples carry Chemsol Manufacturing sample labels. They are our standard formulations and standard colours, so you can judge the base product. Your branding, fragrance and colour are applied at production.
We do not produce branded samples or mock-ups before an order. Label design and artwork proofs start once your production invoice is paid.
