Paying your pro-forma invoice

What the invoice shows, and what starts once you have paid.

Step 2 of 3 · Pricing and ordering

Paying your pro-forma invoice: your request is confirmed, the invoice is sent, you check and pay it, then production is scheduled. Read next: Lead times from paid invoice to finished stock.
  • Once we have reviewed your production order request and confirmed it in writing, we send a pro-forma invoice. New accounts pay in advance.

  • The invoice shows your products, quantities, any one-off fees, carriage, VAT and any sample credit applied.

  • Check the quantities, pack sizes, label route and delivery address before you pay, and tell us straight away if anything needs changing.

  • The payment details are on the invoice.

  • Once your invoice is paid, production is scheduled, our design team starts any label artwork and lead times begin. We confirm your schedule in writing.

  • Until the invoice is paid, no production slot or price is held.

Your next step: When your pro-forma invoice arrives, check it and pay it using the details on the invoice.
