Getting started with fulfilment: your onboarding checklist

What we need from you, and the steps before we ship your orders.

Fulfilment onboarding in five steps: design session, configure and connect, first production and goods-in, controlled go-live, scale. Read next: Contacting us and what to include.

Our fulfilment service is designed for products we manufacture for you. Once your set-up is live, paid, in-stock UK orders validated by 12:00 are targeted for same-working-day dispatch.

What we need from you

  • Your launch date, expected orders per day and per month, and your average basket.

  • Your product list: product, size, barcode, closure, label and case quantity.

  • Access to connect your store and marketplaces, and the carrier services you want to offer your customers.

  • Your returns policy, so returns are handled correctly from the first one.

  • Your campaign calendar for the first three months.

  • A named decision-maker for set-up decisions and go-live approval.

How set-up works

  1. Design session. We confirm your range, sales channels, order profile and service level.

  2. Configure and connect. We connect your store, map your products, set the packing rules and carrier services, and run test orders.

  3. First production and goods-in. Your first production run is made and booked into fulfilment stock, and counts are checked before go-live.

  4. Controlled go-live. Live orders start, with daily checks of orders, stock and dispatches for the first fortnight.

  5. Scale. Once we both approve, the daily checks step down to a weekly report.

Popular sales channels include Shopify, WooCommerce and TikTok Shop. Other platforms can be connected where an integration is available.

Your next step: Ask to speak to our team and tell us your sales channels and expected monthly orders, and we will send you the fulfilment rate card.
