Fulfilment pricing is simple: one flat fee per order dispatched, plus postage and packaging, plus a few extras only when they happen.
Per-order fee. A flat fee per order dispatched, covering up to three units. The rate falls as your monthly volume grows, and the highest volumes are priced by review. Each unit from the fourth is charged per unit.
Postage. Fixed per-parcel rates by carrier, including carrier fuel and surcharges, reviewed quarterly. Every parcel is weighed at packing, and the carrier is set by the weight on the scale.
Packaging. Charged per parcel.
Extras, only when they happen. Returns, cancellations after picking, carrier recharges at cost, and kitting or gift presentation quoted per campaign.
Onboarding. No onboarding fee for brands we manufacture for, and stock we make moves into fulfilment with no goods-in charge.
Storage. Free until 31 December 2026, then charged per pallet per week.
Monthly minimum. A monthly minimum applies, set against the fees generated in the month.
Rate review. Introductory rates are fixed for 12 months from go-live, then reviewed each April.
All fees exclude VAT, and charges are itemised in your monthly report.
Your next step: Ask for the fulfilment rate card. It has every figure and worked examples.
