What you can see and do in your portal account

A short tour of the customer portal.

The customer portal: order samples, view production pricing, submit production order requests and keep quotes, orders and documents together. Next step: Create your customer portal account.

Your free portal account is where each step of your order happens.

  • Samples. Order samples by sector, up to 2 of each Car Care product, and pay securely. Your sample orders are listed with their order numbers.

  • Production pricing. View prices on screen or download the PDF price list once a sector is unlocked.

  • Production order request. From production pricing, continue to the order request. Choose products, quantities, bottles, triggers, fragrances, colours and your label route, then send it for office review.

  • Quotes and orders. View current quotes and order updates.

  • Documents. Keep regulatory forms and documents together.

  • Account details. Keep your business details up to date and change your account password.
