Step 2 of 3 · Pricing and ordering
Our Quote and Order Form lets you put your whole range on one page: products, pack sizes, quantities, bottles, fragrances, colours, labels and delivery. Use it to request a quote, or to place an order against a quote you already hold. Samples still come first, so you know exactly what you are ordering.
Before you start
The form is a fillable PDF. Open it in a PDF app (Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview on a Mac, or the Files app on iPhone), type into the boxes, then save your completed copy before you send it.
Prefer paper? Print it, fill it in by hand, then scan or photograph every page clearly.
Keep your sample notes to hand, so you can list the products you tested and liked.
1. Your details
Add your company name, contact name, email, phone, the brand name for your labels, the order date and your delivery address. Use the same email address as your customer portal account so we can match your request.
2. Products and quantities
Enter a quantity in the 500ml and 1L columns for each product you want. The minimum is 50 units per product per size.
Not tried a product yet? Tick the Sample box to ask for a chargeable sample before you commit.
Bottle: write the CB reference from the bottle options page of the form (for example CB-12).
Fragrance and colour: write one of each per product, chosen from the options page. You can mix and match any fragrance with any colour at no extra cost.
Closures: the standard closure for each bottle type is shown on the form. If you want a different trigger or cap, note it per product in the comments box.
3. Labels and delivery
Labels: tick one option. Supply your own print-ready artwork, ask us to design your labels (£250 per product, with a proof for you to approve), or choose repeat labels already set up with us.
Delivery: tick delivery to your address (carriage charged at cost), or Chemsol fulfilment, where we hold your stock and pick, pack and dispatch your customers' orders. For fulfilment, tick your sales channels and add your expected orders per month and typical units per order.
Comments: add anything else we should know, such as a bespoke fragrance, colour matching, other pack sizes or a target delivery date.
4. Sign and return
Tick one box: Please send me a quote, or This is an order against quote no. followed by your QU number.
Add your name, signature and the date.

What happens next
A quote request is not binding. We reply with a written quotation, valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
An order against a quote is confirmed by us in writing before anything is made. It is not an accepted order until then.
We send a pro-forma invoice. Once it is paid, we schedule production and our design team starts any label artwork.
